On Sunday, November 1, join Blessings of Joy for the Fall Fundraiser: Gather for Good—a meaningful evening celebrating the children of Mweruka Village, the lives being transformed, and the difference we can make together.
Enjoy a delicious Trails End Barbeque dinner, country music, inspiring stories and videos, a special auction, a bead raffle, and opportunities to make a lasting impact. At the heart of the evening is a shared belief: every child deserves to be nourished, protected, educated, and loved.
Behind every story shared and every dollar raised is a child with a name, a future, and dreams worth investing in.
Why We Gather: Meet Morgan
Morgan is a preschool pupil at Mweruka Junior School. He loves singing, eating rice, and practicing his reading at the chalkboard.
Through Blessings of Joy, Morgan receives nutritious meals, continues his education, and is learning that he can trust Jesus when he feels afraid. His story shows what caring for the whole child can accomplish: a meal nourishes his body, education opens his mind, and the love of Jesus strengthens his heart.
But Morgan and the other preschoolers currently learn in temporary structures that cannot provide the safe, nurturing environment they need.
Building a Stronger Beginning for 150 Preschool Students
Through Gather for Good, we hope to raise $55,000 to give Mweruka’s youngest children a safe place to begin.
What We’re Building Together
- Three bright, safe preschool classrooms
- Flush toilets for the children and staff
- A place to learn, belong, and know Jesus’ love
These will be more than buildings. They will be places where 150 preschool children are protected, nourished, taught, and loved—and where the foundation for a lifetime of learning and faith can begin.
