Dental Health

Dental prevention programs do not existent.  Ugandan senior dental officer Dr. Kimbugwe Isaac has developed a program to combat dental disease at Mweruka Junior School and Mweruka village.

Dental Treatment Outreach Program

• Target Population 15,000 people (800 students, 700 teachers, parents, community)
• Bimonthly Sessions for two years
• Services: Dental checkups, treatments, oral hygiene education, prevention
• Equipment and supplies required: Dental Chairs, instruments, supplies, etc.

Expected Outcomes:

• Improved and health reduced dental issues
• Increased dental care awareness
• Health Club establishment: promote client overall health and well-being
